What number blog is this? Probably 2 or 3? I always feel the urge to make a blog (or update an old one) when things feel overwhelming. I’ve got some abandoned blogs floating around on the internet, left to rot when my reality turned pleasant enough to live in again. Blogs are a nice place to get some thoughts out of my head and into the world. I spend so much time trying to escape the prison of my own body that I rarely notice the thoughts that limp past the window of my own consciousness.
Why not a diary? I guess there is some desire, deep down, to have someone read my words, connect to them, and, by proxy, connect to me, even though we would never have met. I suppose I’d like to be understood. We’d all like to be totally understood.
